Current distraction in delivery of Basic Education

There were so many Psychologist gave their views and analysis for learning behavior of child psychology with their growth and development. अब मैं यहाँ यह नहीं बताऊँगा कि किसने-किसने क्या-क्या कहा है। मैं यहाँ पर यह बताने जा रहा हूँ कि उनको पढ़ने के बाद और साथ ही साथ अपने अनुभव से child psychology को समझकर school curriculum किस आधार बनाया जाना चाहिए मैं यह समझाने जा रहा हूँ।

Step by step बच्चे क्या सीखने में interest रखते हैं या उन्हें क्या सीखना जरूरी है:-
At pre-primary stage
• भाषा (verbally/sign) for communicate with others
• Language (written/symbolic) for learn reading and writing
At Primary Classes
• Mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for practice its general operation in their life
• Moral Values for develop decision making skills
• Cultural knowledge for the evolution of the society
• Environmental Science for understand the matters of their surroundings
• Historical knowledge for give their contribution in reformation of the society after learning from past mistakes
At their teenage
• Adult education for know and understand inside changes; Individualism for understand and respect individual difference; Socialism for value the society and give their contributions; Nationalism for become a patriots; Spiritualism for find inspiration and purpose of life; by the help of literature
• Develop their reading and writing skills- sentence, paragraph, essay, letter, applications, criticism, etc.
• Learn complex mathematical operations for enhance the learning of professional skills
• Learn basic Economic structure of the society or nation for their financial planning and growth
• Get knowledge, use, and precautions of Geographic- natural as well as artificial resources for its utilization in life and conservation for the future
• Develop understanding of social and political structure for the necessary distribution of power and responsibilities; and guidance over their accountabilities (centralization and decentralization)
• Basic scientific knowledge for understand the science of the common use products: using process, precautions, and remedies, etc.

यह सब ऐसी चीजें हैं जिसका knowledge किसी भी राष्ट्र के हर एक व्यक्ति को कम से कम जरूरत के जितना होना ही चाहिए। उसके बाद या साथ-साथ वह अपने इक्षा के अनुसार अपना multiple professional skills develop करे, जो उसके life में काम आए। वह सब communication skills, computer knowledge, technological use, bicycling, riding, driving, swimming, etc. हो सकते हैं।
जिन parents को इन knowledge/education का value पता है, वो अपने बच्चों को regular schools भेजते हैं, घर में guide भी करते हैं, और जरूरत पड़ने पर उनके लिए special tuition teachers भी appoint करते हैं। पर क्यूंकि राष्ट्र का हर अभिभावक इतना सक्षम नहीं होता है, इसलिए वहाँ पर यह सरकार की responsibilities होती है कि राष्ट्र के हर बच्चे/ व्यक्ति को यह basic education मिल सके। इसके लिए वह जगह-जगह पर सरकारी school and वयस्कों के लिए evening classes available करवाती है।

आप इससे समझ सकते हो कि सरकारी school teachers की responsibilities किसी private school teachers से कितना ज्यादा होती है। क्यूंकि उन्हे ऐसे students को पढ़ाना और साथ में education का महत्व समझाना पड़ता हैं जिन्हे समाज में guidance नहीं मिलता बल्कि उन्हे mislead किया जाता है। जिसके लिए हर एक सरकारी school में professionally कितना trained teachers की जरूरत है, आप यह भी समझ ही सकते हो। पर मौजूदा समय में सरकारी schools मे untrained teaching professionals यानी कि B.Ed. Trainees को वहाँ के teachers की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए भेजा जा रहा हैं। जिसका मतलब यह हैं की trainees को schools मे जाने से पहले उन्हे इसके लिए पहले सही प्रशिक्षण देना बहुत ज्यादा जरूरी है। लेकिन मैं यह देख रहा हूँ कि जहाँ साल के 365 दिन में से तरह-तरह के छुट्टियों के बाद से मुस्किल से 200 class मिल पाता है, private colleges के trainees को उनमें भी 25 events को celebrate करने के बहाने सप्ताह-सप्ताह भर event preparation के नाम पर बच्चों के class disturb करने और अपने पढ़ाने के काम से फाँकी मारने के लिए सिखाया जाता है। यहीं trainees अब जब pass-out करके schools में internship के लिए जाते हैं तो वो भी यही काम को करते हैं। Parents यह देखकर बहुत खुश होते हैं कि उनका बच्चा बहुत forward है, stage में जाकर perform कर रहा है, उन्हें यह बात समझ में नहीं आता है कि event preparation के चक्कर में बच्चों के classes नहीं हो पा रहा है, जिसके चलते उनको subjective knowledge का depth नहीं मिल पा रहा है। Managements भी इसको promote करते हैं क्यूंकि इसी से parents खुश होकर institution में अपने और अपने आस-पड़ोस, जान-परिचित लोगों के बच्चों का admission करवाते हैं। किसी को इससे कोई फ़र्क नहीं पड़ता है कि इससे वक्त पर syllabus complete नहीं हो पा रहा है, chapters skip करने पड़ते हैं या जल्दी जल्दी सब syllabus अंत में complete करने के चक्कर में बच्चे, जो देश का भविष्य हैं, वो कुछ सीख नहीं पा रहें हैं, उन्हें chapters समझ में नहीं या रहा है। जिसकी वजह से आगे या तो उनका पढ़ाई समझ में ही नहीं आएगा इससे वो पढ़ाई से दूर भागेंगे या फिर उनका किताबी ज्ञान जीवन के किसी काम का नहीं रहेगा। या तो आज सत्ता पर बैठे लोग, या खुद को समाजसेवी कहने वाले इतने समझदार नहीं है कि इस बात को समझ सके; या फिर वो समांतवादी विचार से ग्रसित है और वो जानबूझकर ऐसे युवापीढ़ि का निर्माण कर सके जो ज्ञान, आर्थिक, सामाजिक, राजनीतिक तौर पर इतने सक्षम ना हो जो उनके सत्ता को चुनौती दे सके।
जिसका अर्थ यह है कि या तो वो काबिल नहीं हैं, या उनका यह सोंचा समझा षड्यन्त्र है।
